Commercial Roofing Construction Estimator

Due to increased demand for our services Superior Services, R.S.H., Inc. is seeking a professional individual to represent our brand and promote additional roofing sales and service as a Commercial Roofing Construction Estimator.

This position requires a career minded, self-motivated individual capable of establishing strong customer relations and follow through. The successful candidate must be able to accurately read blueprints and build an accurate and detailed proposal using our cutting-edge software.

Key Expectations:

• Must be able to accurately read blueprints and develop roofing systems based on specifications
• Must have knowledge of multiple types of roofing systems
• 3+ years in roofing or construction is recommended
• Experience with the Duro-Last roofing system is preferred but experience with similar single-ply membranes can suffice
• Must have the ability to use mobile devices and computer software
• Superior customer contact and follow up
